Open Arms Refuge Ministry is a supporter of this wonderful ministry in Costa Rica. We have travel many times to Ciudad Quesada, San Carlos to bring support to Pastors Fernando and Carmen Perez, we have bring Marriage counseling, doing wedding matrimonial and other missionary events with the support of our friends and followers and the great support of the Perez family. Our prayer is to acquire a property, and construct a temple that will have continuous prayer and worship 24/7.  The church at La Palmera, San Carlos is in need of funds to continue to the next phase.

3/01/18 Up-date

La Palmera church installed a tent were they are celebrating their services. At this present time they are constructing the concrete floor.  More to come; follow us.

05/05/2018 Up-Date

La Palmera Church finished the concrete floor and is in construction of the bathroom facilities.  The building will need walls, doors and windows for the next phase.
